TRIATHLON TRAINING PLAN
Contents:
3 -week training / 1-week recovery + tests.
Every 4 week 3000m or 2000m running on track, with time and
maximum heart frequency assesment
800m freestyle, additional time assesment per 100m and global
time.
Follow up
- each athlete sends back a written assesment of the
work done with the results of the tests on the 4th week.
- It's a mutual commitment: the coach undertakes to provide
the athlete with an individualized program, adapted to his/her
schedule. The athlete undertakes to return in time the training
follow ups, the tests and the payment for the service.
- In case of a disagreement, both parties may put an end to
the contract if they wish to, without any prejudice.

1st month : FREE
Month : 29,90 €
Quarter : 79,90€
Six-month period : 139,90 €
Nine-month period : 189,90€
Year : 239,90€
