The full board all-in prices are for 1
week according to the type and location of the flat rented and
the number of registered people ( drinks and tourist taxes are
not included).
The week goes from Saturday 17pm as for the arrival, to the
next Saturaday before 10 am as for the departure.
The prices are inclusive of tax (except tourist tax) per person.
The prices in force at the date of offer become firm on reception
of the reservation guarantee. If there is no confirmation by
payment, our prices may be submitted to changes depending on
the economic conditions or new regulations.
All the flats are equipped with a terrace
or a loggia with garden furniture, a TV set, a telephone and
a safe, a kitchenette to cook meal, a bathroom and a toilet
(separated in the 2-room flats), and twin-beds .
You'll have to see to it that the flat you're given remains
clean. If there happened to be any damage done, you would have
to pay for it (from 65€ for a 2-room
flat). The Residence provides linen and towels, but no room service.
Every tenant is to maintain their flat (cleaning material supplied).
The main meals are taken at the restaurant ( packed lunch supplied
for the day tours). The half board and full board prices are
all-in prices and there can be no refund if some of the meals
are not taken during the stay.
For reasons of safety and hygiene, animals are not allowed in
the hotel.
Any reservation request should be confirmed by the sending of
the registration form with the payment for the stay. You'll
be sent a confirmation of your stay in return.
All changes ( number of people, dates,…) related to the
initial reservation must be written and posted by the client,
specifying the new requests and be agreed with a written document
by the hotel. Such a change has to be made at the latest 15 days before arrival.
Each client is offered a reservation-cancellation-insurance
he is free to sign or not. If he does sign up, he will get a
refund according to the terms of the contract chosen. If he
doesn't, the following conditions will be suggested:
- At more 30 days before the beginning
of the stay, 75€ will be retained.
- between the 30th and 15th day, 25% of the
total amount of the stay will be retained.
- between the 14th and 7th day, 50% of the total
amount of the stay will be retained.
- between the 6th and 1st day, 75% of the total
amount of the stay will be retained.
- no presentation, 100% of the total amount of the stay
will be retained.
