In 2008, we try to find the best place, the best price for athlete. All hotels are maximum at 10 minutes to go to walk to the transition area.

Following a medical symposium  provided the same date as the Ironman, prices and availability  may have increase.

It will be in May, ideally scheduled at one month before the Race. We propose you to ride on the swin, bike and run course. This specific training session is open to all athletes level.

Alexandra LOUISON will benefit from her experience on the Race , and tell you all the tricks, best time to eat, don't fall to sleep, ....

Be careful, number of partcipants is limited to 20 people. 20 privileged people who will start with the right tips the day of the race.

Specific Training Session Fare : 749€

Weekly program, approximatively 25h training  :

Sunday 11th May : Athletes greeting from 4pm.

Monday 12th May : Sea swim session with wetsuit + recognition of first part of bike 90 km

Mardi 13 Mai : Recognition of second part of bike 90 km + Run session

Mercredi 14 Mai : Swim in pool (2h) + Bike recovery (60km) + Run session

Jeudi 15 Mai : Recognition bike tour - 180 km

Vendredi 16 Mai : Sea swim session with wetsuit + Bike recovery (60km) + Run session

Samedi 17 Mai : End of specific training session

Le premier Ironman France de Nice a fermé ses portes pour cette année et nous allons attendre impatiemment l'édition 2006. Félicitations à Hervé Faure pour cette belle victoire tellement méritée...... Chapeau Hervé et continue à nous faire rêver !!!

Félicitations aussi aux quelques 1400 concurrents qui ont vécu un moment historique pour le triathlon longue distance en France. Ils pourront dire "j'y étais......"

Un grand bravo à Yves Cordier et à toute son équipe pour nous avoir ramené sur la promenade des Anglais avec tout le brio que cela méritait......

Félicitations aussi à Willy Waks, notre américain de Dallas qui c'est remarquablement comporté pendant 15h 30" 22 . A l'écouter, ce ne fut que du plaisir !!!

Enfin un trés grand bravo à nos stagiaires ( Eric, Gilles, Christian etc.....) qui sont entrés avec panache dans la famille "Ironman"

Nos stages s'interrompent en Juillet / Août et reprendront début Septembre avec l'accompagnement sur le Half de Monaco.
Nous espérons que votre saison se passe selon vos souhaits.

"Cela fait maintenant 5 jours que nous sommes sur le site de Cap triathlon, nous les 57 p'tits suisses du Triathlon club Genève. Tout se passe à merveille, hormis les inévitables bouchons sur les routes d'un week-end pascal. Mais Serge nous l'a promis, dès mardi cela sera bien plus tranquille. Ceci dit, le bord de mer reste très idyllique même pour nos entraînements assidus de course à pied. Le beau temps est de la partie, ce qui rend nos longueurs de bassin bien plus sympathiques. Ça c'est vraiment le must de ce centre. A cette période de l'année, nous avons accès en quasi permanence au bassin de 25 mètres. De plus, la qualité des prestations fournies par la résidence Le Galion est irréprochable, tant sur l'assiette que dans le confort.
En fait, nous ne sommes qu'à la moitié de notre camp d'entraînement et nous nous réjouissons déjà de préparer celui de l'an prochain. Ne cherchez plus où vont les triathlètes genevois à Pâques. Ils migrent vers le Cap d'Antibes"

Are you planning to run the 1st Nice Ironman?

We offer you a special one-week stay from Tuesday, june 14 to Tuesday, June 21 at 10 am to replace the usual Sat. To Sat. Week.
You'll be managed, advised and guided by professional triathletes. Thus you can complete your preparation in a pleasant atmosphere and receive advice from skilled people.
You'll be taken in hand upon arrival (train station or airport) and driven to Nice on the day of the event.
We charge €600 ( €700 after 01-31-2005) the whole wek including full board, training, advice, swimming pool access and a special offer of €85 for each extra day if you wish.
Treat yourself to taking part to the Nice triathlon with the best conditions, at an attactive price, cheaper than a hotel room downtown…
